Letter to SDUHSD Community
Special Election November 2, 2021
Dear San Dieguito Friends and Community Members,
Endless power struggles and political infighting on the San Dieguito Union High School District Board of Trustees have deteriorated the well-being of our students and robbed the community of unity due to their failed leadership, improper governance, and lack of accountability.
It’s time for a change!
My name is Lea Wolf and I’m running for San Dieguito Union High School Board of Trustees, District 5, to refocus the district’s attention on student achievement, and make our schools accountable to parents and taxpayers, not special interests and activist groups.
As a 20 year resident of this district, the parent of a SDUHSD graduate, the author of an educational reform program awarded in a global competition, and as a SDUHS volunteer and advocate for students and their families, I can bring broad experience and a successful leadership record to the board.
As the ONLY candidate refusing support and funding from the interest groups responsible for much of the discord and dysfunction at the district, I am uniquely qualified to bring the accountability, fiscal responsibility and independent decision making that is desperately needed now at SDUHSD.
If you agree that the SDUHSD special interest groups have hurt our children, and it’s time for the district to focus instead on its mission of providing an excellent education to every student, then please join my campaign by visiting www.vote4lea.org. There you can learn more about the issues and my qualifications, sign up for my campaign newsletter to stay informed. Your support will make the difference in this campaign, so I hope you will also indicate your support for my candidacy, and perhaps a personal endorsement of my campaign … or maybe even your willingness to help by allowing us to post a small sign in your yard or by talking to your friends and neighbors.
Thank you for your consideration of my candidacy.
With gratitude,
LEA WOLF, MA, Business

Candidate for SDUHSD Board of Trustees
Our students deserve respect, compassion, and love.
“ Taxpayers and students need an independent representative who will look out for their interests…
a parent of a district student…with fresh ideas.
Lea is an outspoken voice for students and their parents… one of the few that dares to speak out.
Lea has the courage, commitment, and integrity to be a student-centered trustee.”
